The purpose of this project is to analyze ergonomic issues that occur in the United States Military Academyâ??s Steel Room, a storage room that houses a variety of food serving tools (i.e. trays, plates, pans, lids etc.). By analyzing ergonomic issues such as work space design, our team can modify the Steel Room in order to decrease the number of musculoskeletal injuries that Mess Hall workers encounter. The JACK software will subsequently support our analysis and provide valuable information on how our team can improve the Steel Room; thus, preventing musculoskeletal injuries.
