I am posting several screenshots for the survey app, to showcase the various question types that can be answered via the mobile app.
The survey app has quite a few question types:
– slidebar
– multiple choice, one entry
– multiple choice, multiple entries allows
– slideback
– one line text box, with formatting enforced for e-mail, numbers, date etc.
